Teachers and educators are invited to participate in the “IFEEDS teachers’ training”, which will take place in Munich. This training is organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “IFEEDS – Inclusive Futures through Education, Equity and Diversity in Schools”, run by Handicap International – Humanity & Inclusion, AP Hogeschool Antwerpen and Gemeinsam mit Afrika.
The objective of this training is to strengthen teachers’ capacity to address inclusion, disability rights, diversity and international solidarity in the classroom. Through interactive workshops, expert interventions and exchanges between educators from different countries, participants will explore practical tools and pedagogical approaches that can be directly implemented with students.
Over the two training days, the following topics are addressed:
Participants will also be introduced to the IFEEDS pedagogical toolkit and digital platform, which will support continued collaboration and exchange among teachers after the training.
Training dates:
Wednesday, 3rd of June – Thursday, 4th of June
The programme will begin on Tuesday 2nd of June in the evening (not mandatory) with an opening lecture on diversity, equity and inclusion, followed by two full training days on 3rd and 4th of June.
Location:
EineWeltHaus München (Schwanthalerstraße 80, 80336 München)
Participants:
Around 30 teachers and educators from several European countries will take part, alongside members of the IFEEDS project team and inclusion specialists.
Practical information:
The transports’ cost will be covered up to 150€ for participants coming from Luxembourg, 180€ for participants from Belgium and 130€ for participants from Germany. The transportation can be directly booked by the organisers and send to the participants. The detailed agenda will be communicated in the coming weeks.
Accommodation: Two nights per participants are covers by the project. The hotel will be directly booked by the organisers.
