Erasmus+ and eTwinning offered me more than training, they offered connection. Through honest conversations with teachers from across Europe, social learning came alive: we shared doubts, tested ideas, and turned theory into classroom reality. I left not only with practical strategies, but with renewed confidence and a powerful reminder that teaching grows stronger when we learn with and from one another.
These experiences were also a breath of fresh air, allowing me to step out of the daily grind and return as a more confident, stronger teacher.
